i5 2500.

The game would run perfectly fine on a core 2 duo so it wasn't cpu related as when i installed a ssd yesterday and the gtx670 all of those issues disappeared.

Game might need a major patch or something to pick up on the CGN and optimize performance as i pulled my hair out trying to troubleshoot why i had that degrading performance.
