any outpod users can help?

i just got my ipod and i'm using it w/ xplay....i tried outpod so i could export all my contacts from Outlook into the ipod; but i get the following error message:

An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service dccmsp.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured

can anyone help or suggest any other means of exporting the contacts to an ipod?

you have to have outlook open. then run outpod.

i do have outlook running...and the error message still comes up; but if i click OK...i get to the outpod GUI; and some of my outlook folders are listed...but not the one that my primary contacts are located in; and when i try to do "Get Folders" from the File Menu, the error message pops up again.
