Just need a quickie answered...

- need to block html-formatted emails from reaching a person's inbox.

1) Is there a way to set Outlook to not render HTML, leaving it as code ... then a rule can be set to trash anything with the body containing < H T M L >, etc.

2) Is there an easier way to do this ? Not sure if they want to do this from the Exchange server even...

No, I can't imagine there are any Outlook users on this forum. Anyway...

Outlook 2003 does this by default.

Outlook 2003 is the only app from the new office suite that I think has some useful tools in it.

The HTML blocker is pretty cool.

Yes, Check the "Used Cached Exchange Mode".
