Any other www.netmind.com "Mind It" type services out there?

I used to use www.netmind.com's "Mind It" service which would monitor websites for specific text changes such as a keyword appearing, and then they would email you to let you know of the change.. Netmind.com started charging for their services, so I am looking for a free service. Anyone have one?
