Just recently got my Shuttle SN41G2. See sig for rig.

Only problems I have had with it is getting the firewire to work with my Nomad 3. But that is a problem with all Nforce2 deluxe boards.

Yeah, I have an SB51G. Great little computer, and I was able to pack it with lots of high-end stuff for under $1,200.

I just built a SN41G2 as well.. it's going to be my gaming box and media center. I have a problem with the onboard audio though. the line-in volume (rear jack, share with rear speaker) is very low.. and I am trying to determine if it's a driver issue or it's a hardware issue..

I have an Iwill XP4 and more recently a G-box 968. I was happy to return my Dell 8250 and get my refund!:)

Having a problem getting decent s-video signal but otherwise I love it.

Got a Shuttle SN41G2. Been looking for a SFF power supply because the 200W ACHME in mine chokes on all the hardware I have stuffed inside the beast. Anyone know where to find a SFF PSU of 300W or greater?

Odd the ACHME power supply is the better of the two that were put in the SN41G2.

Exactly what are you trying to put into the machine? I know people have been able to get 9700Pro's running with no problem.

I have an SS51g with a 2.26b @ 145 FSB (2464)

512 MB of Corsair XMS3200 C2

MSI 64MB TI4200 VIVO

Samsung 32xCDRW/DVD Combo

WD 800JB Drive

It rocks.

I also have the SN41G2. So far so good. The only problem I had with it is that I was playing with memory timings and I couldn't boot it after that. I had to get a PS/2 keyboard to press the insert key while it powered up. I flashed it the the newest BIOS and no problems since.

AMD Athlon 3000+ "Barton"
2x Corsair TWINX 512MB PC2700
2x Western Digital 1200JB 120G hard drives
Hitachi DVD ROM
Linksys 802.11 PCI NIC

and the kicker:
GeForce FX 5800 Ultra (which requries 100 W by itself)

The system runs well in 2D, and 3D up to 800x600. However, the machine crashes intermittently on 1024x768 during 3D benchmarking and 3D games unless I have the 5800 Ultra's molex power connector on an external supply.

Yeah that setup would probably do it. I really doubt you will find any power supply that can fit into the little compartment on the shuttle.
I'd say try to get a refund on the GF FX and get a 9700Pro which has many reports of working just fine.

Hey, fellow SN41G2 owner here... specs are in my sig.

Have a thread going on over at Sudhian on how I made my shuttle practically silent.
