Are there any other Pink Floyd songs that are like High Hopes? Or any other song at all like it for that matter? For some reason, I really like this song, and would like to find more like it.

Probably not, but that depends on what aspect you are referring to. If you mean the "soaring" aspect, you should probably check out Delicate Sound of Thunder, as it was producied with a much fuller sound than most of their other albums. Also may want to consider an orchestral cover of Floyd, such as that by the Royal Philharmonic. Ultimately, however, I think the answer to your question is 'no'
