I purchased my first digital camera today (a Canon S330 on dell.com; after 10% off, free shipping and using the $100 of $400 coupon I got from a recent laptop purchase, I got it brand spanking new, shipped next day for $260
... but I digress) and I was doing the normal Yahoo/Google search to find out more about it and then I run into Digital Photography Reviews. Man what a website! This thing is filled to the brim with unbelievably useful info. Granted it's almost a bit too much but it's the perfect resource for someone who wants to get really, really geeky about a hobby/passtime, which is what I want to slowly but surely do with digital photography. And on top of that it's BLAZING fast and is layed out beautifully, has tons of content, etc. etc.
Anyhoo, does anyone know of any other websites like the one mentioned above? Sites that are head and shoulders above other websites and even some published magazines in terms of content and usefulness? If I could find something like that for DVDs, mp3 players/iPods, speakers, laptops, etc., then life would be perfect.
Of course, good ol' Anandtech will always be the best "all-around" website.
