Any other burner software out there that does SVCD besides Nero?

Trying to archive my own videos into SVCD and Nero really screws up. The video plays fine on my computer but after I burn it, it would be really jerky and blurry. The problem could either be Nero or my DVD player but I'd like to try a different burner program before trying out a new DVD player.
