Don't know if it's the best, but Norton Systemworks Professional 2001 is pretty involved. And the price is right: $11 + shipping. Be careful though, it will take over your computer if you let it. Personally, the only program I leave ON resident is e-mail anti-virus. Also if you buy it, be sure to go online and download the latest upgrades.
