Any opinion about SVC Thermal Controlled Fan?

This one is what I am talking about. According to its spec, from 20CFM@17dB up to 52CFM@43dB. And it is only 5 bucks. It seems like it does have good feature compare to other adjustable fan, like YS-Tech(10.2CFM@18dB~48.7CFM@39.5dB) or Enermax Whisper(18CFM@18dB~31CFM@34dB), and it's only about half price.

Is it just a kidding by SVC, or a fact? Has anyone used it?

I have one of those fans...not bad of a fan for the price. Beware though, the LEDs are rather weak. I suggest you connect this fan to a rheobus or a baybus.

Well, to tell the truth, I don't care about LED, because I am going to use it for CPU fan in closed case. What about cooling performance and noise level?

This fan pushes quite a bit of air...however it is a bit high pitched:disgust:, but never the less it cools a CPU really well
