I have a medical treadmill that is controlled by a computer, not a control panel lik you see at health clubs. The treadmill has elevation, as well as speed. The software that is used only has elevation and speed.
I am unable to set a timer on it, or program in a workout routine. Is there anyone here who can help me build a program where i can enter in a warm up period, then a workout time, and then a cool down period?

Example: Warm up at 2.5 mph for 5 mins, then increase speed to 3.0 mph at elevation 1 for 5 mins, then increase elevation .5 every min until it reaches 15 mins, then decrease elevation by .5 for 15 mins then drop speed to 2.5 for a 5 min cool down.

I can forward you the current application so you can look at the specs, decompile it, etc. Then i can save the workout routine as file, so i can open it again.
