I just bought an iPOD from them, and I already sold my 15gig one for 100 more then I paid for it. After how long do they usually start shipping, I don't want to be music less for too long.
 
Well if you are, don't blame them.

They do have a FAQ page. And *gasp* an email address and *biggasp* a support/community forum.
