I need a banner for my web site that will look cool. If any one could LMK if they have anything or could make something that would look cool for a personal site that would be great. I would greatly appreciate everyones contribuation.

Yeah, whats incentive, what kind of site, what kind of exposure to banner are we talking, when do you need it, do you have the rest of the design done, whats the site about, anything specific you want. Answer all those seperatly and maybe someone will help you out.

As in pay, link on every page saying "Banner designed by person" with person linking to either their e-mail or website

Exactly...you will be hard pressed to find someone to do this for free...but maybe you will get lucky.
