Seems I pretty lucky, that I can run my 3200+ with OCZ PC4200 @ 260 x10 1:1 or 270 x9 1:1 very stable
you will need these softwares:
ClockGen-NVNF4
http://www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php
and Ai Booster come with CD
first set the cpu @ standard 200mhz
then, the system will boot @ 200mhz 1:1
and them, open clockgen, click on clocks, get value
them, change the HTT value to the number you want, like 266, and click set value.
if your system can still hanging there, open ai booster now.
you may find your CPU clock doesnot change @ ai booster( actually it had changed)
then, set the clock to 266, and click apply. then, you are done!
OK, here's why
if directly use aibooster, you can only set the clock to a higher number a little bit every time, or your os will die. and, some times, the sys just reboot, you have to do it all over again. if you are lucky enough, you can set 200 to 266.
the clockgen is good, it change the system clock by a different way than ai booster.
but when you reboot, the settings will lost. thet's why I ask you to use aibooster again to set the speed.
