any one have a PALM TUNGSTEN T2?
If so, I need some help.

I just bought on off of ebay.
It came with mo cd's, so I got "Palm Desktop" from there site.
iI followed the directions on how to install apps, bu when i close my window it says " The list of file will be installed during you next HOTSYNC operation."

Now what, i hit the (hotsync) button on my charger, and it hotsyncs but nothing happen ( i dont see the app on the palm)

HELP!!!!!

What app are you trying to install? Just the Palm Desktop? I think that is for your PC so that you can input contacts, appointments, reminders, etc from your PC, sync your Palm up in the morning before work, and then you've got the data with you. I don't think it puts much/anything on the actual Palm.

I have a Tungsten E and I also downloaded the Palm Desktop software from the Palm website, but I don't recall anything actually going onto the Palm. There may be some sync-up files or program plugins, but as far as tangible software for the Palm, I don't think there's any.
