I just want to know how is the heat sink and fan coming with the CPU.
Is the heat sink made of Copper or something else?
Is it good for overlocking?

the retail heatsink would not be good for overclocking. it isn't made of copper. if you want to overclock you'd be better off buying the oem version and an aftermarket hsf from here or here.
