Im moving to cleveland, trying to find an apartment online. Most of them seem to be towers, kinda weird. Is there any regular type of apartments in cleveland? Where are good places to live on the east side? Prices?

Towers seem like they would be a pain having to either take stairs or elevators all the time.

I would really love a 1 bedroom with an attached garage for around 700. Is that possible?
