From an older post:

Since I'm freezing my a@@ off as winter sets in I was wondering if anyone has ever tried venting their case using ouside air.

I figure a several feet of dryer vent hose, one of those metal covers for the end of the hose, the kind that open at the bottom so rain doesn't come in, a screen, duct tape, and maybe a small fan? My main concerns are condensation and moisture. If the hose drops to the floor and comes back up to the power supply that should stop any water/snow from making it's way to the PS. So that leaves condensation, I don't know if that's a valid concern so any advise would be appreciated. Anyone have any tips, jokes about my stupidity, all are welcome.

UPDATE: I did this, right now it's about 10C outside and my MB temp is 20C. My chip is a toasty 44C which is odd, because if I pop the top and keep my room cool I run about 40C when my MB temp is 20C, must be a circulation issue. I still need to add a rear exaust fan which should drop the temp a few C.

Right, now the air is being drawn in from the front fan, I had to take the front cover off and use a few feet of duct tape. It looks horrible, but I don't give a crap what it looks like.

I'm still worried about condensation and moisture, anyone know if this is an issue.

I think to aviod condensation you have to keep the case temp at almost the same temp all the time, Well you cant change the tamp really fast is what I mean. you have to do it very slowly.
