I'm going to a concert in a couple months and I'd like to try to record it. I want something decent but cheap (always the requirement no?).
So I've been reading a bit and it seems lots of people like to use minidisc players with external mics. Someone else recommended an iRiver IFP 8xx series. Or even a digital voice recorder with an external mic. Anyone ever used either of these methods or can recommend something? The concert is in a bar.
