any one bought a phone from amazon wireless?

Bought a motorola flipout out of contract back in february. needless to say it's as piece of shit and the battery life is getting worse by the day. assuming i have a 1-year manufacturer warranty but am unsure how to get it replaced. didn't see anything about returning/warranty on the amazon.com or amazon wireless website in my order history.

or perhaps i need to contact att?


any ideas?

Call AT&T see what they say first. Each carrier is diff.

Amazon wireless only offers a 30 day warranty. You will need to go through motorola since it's still under 1 year warranty. I don't know if att covers phones not purchased through them.
