I going next two weeks. Anyone know where are the places I should go and where it is located? I really excited but don't really know where I should go, since Yosemite is so large.

Actually, we are renting a hotel in El Portal. So, we probably just cruise in Yosemite for 4 days to do outdoor stuffs, climbing(more like hiking), fishing, sight seeing and stuff. I have no idea where is the valley and what to do there. I think you are refering to Aspen Valley( I just saw that on the map). I would go there if you tell me what is so great about there.

Yeah climb Half Dome
Yeah right, maybe a little part of it. I heard is hell to climb Half Dome.

Don't just climb, free climb it.

I climbed Half Dome! I thought it was hell going up, but its just as bad going down. I thought I was going to die, but I made it. Though I could bareley move a muscle after. 😛

Anyways, I recommend going at least partially up to Nevada Falls.

Oh yeah, theres some nice horsebacking (actually mule-backing) as well. I  horses.

Theres also some rafting. (But thats boring unless its white-water rafting).

I went there before. Spend one day driving around the valley floor. It will be all marked out and stuff. I think we entered the valley from the east (California side). Just check out Half Dome, El Capitan, play in the snow (I assume there is still some up high). It's nice and relaxing.

I was referring to Yosemite Valley...the park is alot bigger than just the valley. The valley is boring to me, but if this is your first time to yosemite, the valley is a good place to start.
