Any of you guys know any good cheesecake recipes?

Buy some Jello No Bake Cheesecake - follow directions on box. 😉

And if anyone's interested in buying a good cheesecake try a Junior's Cheesecake - kinda expensive but the one I had a while back was pretty damn good.

My girlfriend makes THIS recipe from the food network's website, and it's the best cheesecake I've ever tasted and it comes out perfect.

*from memory - recipe is at home*
You must let cream cheese soften to room temp (~4 hours) or mixing will be a bitch

4 Philly Cream cheese (not whipped)
2x16oz sour cream
6? eggs (1 or 2 may be whites only)
1-1.5 cups sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

Bake 350? for about 75? Minutes. Let cool for an hour with oven half open before moving. refrigerate 4-5 hours before serving.

I think that is all
make graham cracker crust if desired (crushed graham crackers, butter and brown sugar)

My wife has made this one as well. It always turns out perfect.
