Any of you guys ever ordered from sr-systems.com ? Well they sure screwed me over ... read this

Okay so I purchased my case from them, along with 2 case fans, and 1 400 watt power supply on December 18th. I checked the tracking number on UPS and saw it was scheduled to come on January 2nd. So I was kind of like "okay, its the holiday season so I guess I can be a lil patient." Next I ordered my cpu/mobo combo from outpost, and my graphix card from newegg.

So come about 3 days later, my cpu/mobo comes via Airborne Express. Come 2 days later or so, my Graphics card comse FedEx. I bought my RAM frmo someone in the forums, and now I was all anxious to get my new case because I have all my parts just SITTING around here!

So yesterday I was just waiting ... and waiting ... and waiting. Nothing came by 3 and I had to go to work. So I get home and am like "mom, where is the UPS package" and she is like "its by the stairs". So I go to the stairs, and there is 1 lousy, small box just sitting there. I am like "Mom, you sure this is all that came?" and she said yes. So I opened it up, and wow ... its just the power supply. So I look at the receipt, and what do you know ... The case, the 2 fans, and the PSU are all on the reciept. So I was furious at this time because I had planned to put my computer togehter last night.

So I call them around 8:15 and the guy is like "umm we are closed now can you call tomorrow?" and I am like "woah wait a minute ... I already waited 2 weeks for you guys to ship my d@mn case to me and now I gotta wait 2 more weeks for my $h!t to come? " and he's like "sir, we are closing up now so please call tomorrow and we will take care of you guys" and I just hung up on him.

So I emailed the shipping department yesterday night and telling them the issue. Here is the reply that I get:

Hi, I'm so sorry for the error, we have a bunch of new people in our
shipping dept and I try to lay all the items out for them to ship so they do
not miss any items, well apparently instead of shipping you the case with
the power supply has you ordered they shipped only the power supply. I will
talk to my guys and make sure it never happens again. Here is the tracking

Okay, that didn't exactly make me happy. I was hoping that MAYBE they just shipped it in a seperate box or something. But now I checked on UPS and that hasn't even shown up. So I am still mad now because I gotta wait forever to get my case for the 2nd time. So I call them up at their 1-800 number, and the lady is like "well you need to talk to shipping about that, we don't do that here." So I don't know, it seems to me like they are very "uncertain" of what is going on at this place. I am pretty furious right now about the whole situation. I emailed the shipping manager back and atleast asked them to ship it overnight or refund me some of the money, because of their error. What do you guys think? Is there like a website where I can complain about the service on a site or something like that? Please let me know, and if you read this, thanks for taking the time to do so:)

You can bitch and moan there. You're just lucky they're taking the time to reply to you, alot of companies won't even do that. They should ship it overnight for their gross error in your case IMO - otherwise you can kick 'em in the balls at Reseller ratings

They screwed up. Don't buy from them anymore. That's capitalism at work. :D

Sometime it take a little bit for the tracking number to get update onto the ups systems (depend when they picked up your stuffs). Probably your stuffs go out yesterday after he read your email. Wait till the end of day today and you should see something on ups website.
