Any of ya'll use Gaim? Beta 3?

I'm using Gaim Beta 3... in the old version, you could go to preferances and make the buddy list smaller by removing the icons.... they seemed to have removed this option in Beta 3, do you'll see the same... or am I missing something here.

On another note.. I added a buddy using gaim on one of my computers, but this doesn't seem to update the buddy list on my other computer using gaim... so my guess is gaim doesnt save your buddy list to AOL's server.. anyone know how do sync these things?

Copy your gaim configuration file over from the old version. For some reason, they removed that setting from the preferences menu (or it is not intuitively named) but it is still in the configuration file so you can change it that way.

aye thank you that did the trick

anyone know the deal with the buddy list thing now? sux b/c i use 3 computers home, laptop, work... and all have gaim and if i add/remove a buddy on one computer, it doesnt reflect on the other... i'd like to at least be able to manually sync it.... any ideas?
