Any of these o/c good?

What you're looking for with the G.Skill is the suffix 'GBHZ' in the product code. Those have Micron D9 last time I checked and will do 1000Mhz.

Not sure what they're putting in OCZ DDR2 sticks, you might check out xtremesystems.org forums for more info.

I'd like to have some with micron chips but they are to high for me. My max is $230-$240 shipped. Which in the list is best? Or can someone suggest some in my price range? If I can hit 850-900 I would be happy.

This is your best best. I have the 800MHz version and this stuff (667MHz) is the exact same, just uses a lower voltage (1.8v vs 2.1v). Plus you have the added advantage of a "sure post" because it's only 1.8v ram. A friend of my has these and he OC's the hell out of them at 2.2v.

EDIT - Oh, it's all Micron D9 AFAIK...I know for sure mine and my friends are D9.

I think any one of those should do just fine with 900 MHz, they are already 800 MHz rated.

Look here. This has some value 667 ram which are cheaper then your choices. And each one but the Corsair reached over 900 with relaxed timing and enough voltage.

Nothing is guaranteed, but you should be good with any of your choices. I would also recommend the 667 Patriots BadThad mentioned for that price.

I made the mistake of buying Gskill PC6400 ZX kit. It will not run 1:1 over 365 MHz unless set to SPD. My P5W DH sets them to 5-6-6-18! The 4:3 divider does not even help. They don't even POST in most 965 mobos. Gskill tech support told me I need a P5W64 or P5WG2 :Q to set TRD right, but doing that with memset does not help me get to CL4 either.

I's go with the OCZ. Atleast their tech support will help you and they will perform to specs.
