Unless you're powering a fairly low end system with it, I wouldn't trust one of those... especially if you're looking for something quiet.

Although I wouldn't use one myself, I've read that this superflower is not too bad, and it's likely to be pretty quiet with that large fan too.

I've never seen a quality PSU on the Geeks' site - all bottom feeders (yes, that includes the Ultra X-Connect). But they have listed some halfway decent cases lately.
