I'm looking for a wall jack that will allow me to have cable, phone, and ethernet in one jack? Any major retailers carry something like this in store so I can pick it up today?

Home depot sells modular ones, where it's an ampty box, and you insert the jacks you need....

Yep, you just need a keystone wallplate and the appropriate connectors for the cables you need.
