Not really.

Some people seem to think that one of the WPMW/XPMW are superior over the other, but there isn't really anything conclusive about that.

i've tested both W's and X's

both of them are EXCELLENT overclockers!
 
just one thing to note
the WMPW's run real hot, but at lower voltages
XPMW's cooler but voltage is a tad higher
