Just curious if there are any small barebone for Ryzen similar to the size of Intel NUC? Or at least a motherboard of that size?

There's no GPU in the Ryzen which would require an addon PCIe card. Likely get some designs once Raven Ridge is out. There aren't any low TDP Ryzen's out either yet anyway, the 1200 and 1300 just released are still 65w TDP.

The Intel NUC's and similar systems use Intel's "U" cpu's. For example look at the specs on this one: https://smile.amazon.com/Intel-BOXN...1909642&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=intel+nuc&psc=1

Note the cpu is an i5-7260U. The U means its an ultra low power dual core (yes even the i7 variants are dual core) mobile CPU. This one checks in at 15 watts. AMD doesn't have anything to compete with the U cpu's in the Ryzen family and can't with their current configuration. The intel cpus also have built in graphics where with a Ryzen that isnt an option. Suppose it could be done with a discrete graphics card intended for a laptop, but a 65 watt cpu is still way to hot for the form factor.
