Confirmed. RF blows. I made a post about this on XDA-Developers. Almost -10dBm lower than my Milestone. I fail to pick up 3G in a lot of places (yes I know it's weak where I am) at work, while my Milestone holds the 3G signal steadily.

The 3 things that are holding me back on this phone are:

1) Build
2) RF
3) No hardware camera key!!! Ahhh as a DSLR shooter, half presses are second nature by now. I've gone through the SE K700i, K750i, W810i, N82, and Milestone, I've always had a dedicated camera button with AF capabilities. It seems like I just lost that overnight with this phone. I feel like going N82 => Milestone => Nexus has been a double downgrade in camera capabilities too. First losing Xenon, then losing half the LEDs in the LED flash as well as a dedicated camera key. Meh.

WIll make a decision. Speed is nice. ROM flashability is nice too.

I've been looking at getting a new cell plan this summer and have been doing some shopping around. It seems Sprint is by far the cheapest for unlimited text and data and limited minutes (don't need too many voice minutes) so I've been looking into their android offerings, which are currently not stellar. So I've been looking into their future phones and notices the Nexus One was among them. Further research shows Sprint should be announcing the HTC Supersonic soon (possibly a day or two from now) which hopefully will be similar to the N1 but with these small nuances fixed.

fyi, its a workaround and it will be nice when copy/paste in email is implemented in the native app, but for now just open gmail in the browser and copy/paste to your heart's content. i actually like the browser interface bc of the smaller text.
