I think the one thing nForce has going for them is their onboard sound.  If it is as good as some people have claimed to be, and if the chipset is fairly stable, that $100 price range is very attractive.  Considering most sound cards with that kind of quality such as the Audigy will cost you at least $60, nForce will have somewhat of an advantage.
I know myself can't wait until the 415-D comes out.
