any new groups like Rage Against the Machine?

i love RATM. i am listening to them right now. i listen to them when i wake up, while i shower, while i drive to work, and listen to them at work, on the way home and i fall asleep listening to them.

i can't get enough. been doing so for the past six years. ever since Battle of LA came out.

well if you're looking for more simplistic, repetitive, hypocrytical rock and roll where every song is exactly the same, you have to look no further than pop punk. there's lot of bands in that genre that ought to fit your bill.

RATM sounded similar among songs, but the lyrics were different and extremely poetic, though a bit paranoid. I don't know of any other heavy band with lyrics that are that interesting.

Political (subversive) rap-rock hybrid. The guitarist did have his own style. I highly recommend their first album (self-titled), but that's the only one you need.
