I don't necessarily hate him. I hate our country and its vast population of religious zealot Christians who elected him.

Well see thats the problem right there.
We dont have a vast population of zealot christians.
We have some.
And 99% of eligible voters actually voted in the last election. And he still got elected. Which means his mindset penetrated into normal peoples heads.
Which really scares the crap out of me.

Well first off, ol' stumps was correct. I meant to say "registered".
2nd, not everyone who is of voting age is able to vote.
Many have been convicted of crimes that take away such privledges.
Others are not american citizens but here for various reasons. (College, work, illegal.)
And a select few have been determined to not posess all the mental faculties required for voting.

Theres no way its even close to 99% btw. Having said that, I didn't really notice any bushisms, the good part were the expressions of the peoples faces in the audience. also, it looked like Pelosi's ass fell asleep in the huge chair she was in cause she kept squirming around all the time. Cheny on the other hand just had that crazy look on his face the whole time like he usually does.

Cheney (Brain) ... Pinky (George), are you pondering what I'm pondering? Tomorrow, we invade Iran and continue our plan to take over the world! ;)

Meh - you didn't miss anything. I didn't catch any mistakes actually - except for the fact that Bush keeps on pushing his broken policies.

I think we really need to extensively look at increasing the #'s in this last category.

That nicely sums up the liberal position, thanks.

You skipped the part about Islam being the religion of peace though. Gotta praise anti-Americanism while demonizing America.

Way to take one person and generalize on it. Guess that means you're just like, oh I don't know, Pat Robertson? David Duke? I can keep going .....

Electoral college of course. unless you are one of the 538 in the college, your vote doesnt count.

Way to get off topic!

Maybe the religious zealots are not in our heads.... maybe the democratic party picked two if the most liberal candidates they could find and that turned a lot off people off.

Anyway... I think Bush practiced. He said nuclear and it sounded okay.

That is 66% of eligible voters in 2004, not 99%. And we do have a large population of ignorant zealot (little c, they don't read the Bible themselves) christians.

Edit; OH! 64%, I am not so far off as some than. :p :D

zugwang whatever his name is said "I hate our country", America is our country, where did he say anything about the government.

At least he has the balls to come out and say it, I can tell many of you here feel that way, at least he said it.
