Any new 40nm video cards hitting?

Just wondering if there's any news on 40nm video cards coming out soon.
I'd love to get off the Geforce 8200 in my HTPC, but 4770s are a little expensive, but 4850s (while cheaper) and gts 250s are a bit large, or loud for the ones that will fit comfortably. It'd be great if any new cards are coming out that would be better suited, or push the 4770s down in price.

There was suppose to be a HD4750, same chip as the 4770 but lower clock speeds. Not sure if and when it will launch.

40nm cards will start coming out in masses this fall from AMD around Windows 7 launch on October 22nd, then around x-mas or early 2010 by Nvidia (there are also rumors of Nvidia refreshing it's GT200 to 40nm refresh this fall)
