I'm new to this forum. I checked for rules against this, and I did not find any. Please accept my apologies if this kind of thing is against the rules here.

I am attending a local technical college for a two year degree in Network Administration. For my Technical Writing course, I'm supposed to find someone in my field of study some questions about how technical writing is used in the field. Instructors are not allowed. I do not know anyone in the field yet.

I there someone here that is a Network Admin, Technician or Helpdesk or something that could help me out? Maybe we could exchange email addresses, and I could send you the questions I need answered?

Thank you for your time.

Edit - Do you really know online who is trying to Help and what his/her qualifications are?

Do we know that this Not away to avoid doing your Homework?

In any case, the best way is to talk to the school office and find if they have a list of sponsors that they vetted.

Good technical writing is good writing that covers technical issues. Bad technical writing is something nobody reads, wants to read, and/or understands. I'm new here. My wordpress blog, advanced home server, is a how-to book. It's all about technical networking issues and is quite readable providing the reader has an interest and aptitude in the subject matter. A lot of sites consider links to material as spam so I won't add it directly until I see it it's OK.

Edit - Would not you be "apprehensive" when someone just registered as new member and his first post is an offer to direct the "Crowd" to his/her personal Blog?
