Any negative comments about the Radeon?

I guess its a little late too be asking this since I just ordered a 64mb Radeon, but I was wondering if any ati owners had bad comments about the card. I read most of the arguments about this card vs the GForce and most owners seem very happy with it, but do any of you Radeon owners have bad thing to say this card?

Only thing on my mind is the potential bad driver support from ATI so far...anyone else? Check the forums on www.rage3d.com and www.rageunderground.com.

If you get one with all the parts still attached to the card then your ok.BTW Hawk i just returned mine to bestbuy for another one today. It has all the parts on it.They couldnt believe it was working like that. I havent tested it yet to see if this one over clocks but im fixen to yank out my 5500 again and see how this radeon does.

It's not a matrox card.

j/k. It's a canadian card, good enough for me. If i was getting a high-end card today, I'd get the Radeon 32mb over the Geforces. It may be a bit slower but it's got better image quality, which is quite important for a former matrox owner.

So congratulations on your nice and expensive Radeon.

hehe nice and expensive card, just wait til matrox brings out thier G800 and we will see expensive i bet hope it comes soon or i may have to buy the radeon

From someone who went from a GeForce DDR to a Radeon 32MB, definitely go with the Radeon. The image quality is much nicer for 2D and 3D -- UT looks awesome.
