Any need to use ASII on a retail 1.6A?

Any oc'ing benefits? I have seen most folks just using it out of the box. Before I assemble mine I was wondering if I should just use the default stuff or if I should go ahead and do the ASII. Will it void the warrany?

What temps should I expect on an MSI 845 Ultra ARU?
 
AS2 will probably run 3-5C cooler than the stock thermal tape, and it will not void any warranty.

I think the average 1.6A is running about 30C idle, 45C load.
