if only used 4 media center @ the time is there any need 4 me to consider overclocking? I would only suggest overclocking if you meet either of these criteria,

1. If you have a specific interest in overlclocking, like 'i want to do it because i want to get the maximum out of my investment just because i can'

or

2. You feel your current uses of that machine could benefit from an increase in the computer's abilities. So, you always wish it did x faster.
