I want to invest some serious money in a video capture card ...
but also do not want to lose access to previously recorded PAL format camcorder tapes
that might have been simple enough to work out with a borrowed card etc, but then I am also considering a possible move to Europe (PAL land) in the summer.
Is there an easy solution ? Are there any multi-system cards out there that do not cost a fortune ??
