Deras,
Yep, I've had the same problem with my Pro2A. Uninstall the video drivers and the power management works fine. Re-install them and the system crashes (unable to wake up, I get sort of a blue screen). I'm then forced to reboot. I've asked this question before, but no one really knows. I have tried it with a CardExpert GEForce 2 MX and Elsa Eraxor X2, with different drivers (even NVidia's latest Detonator drivers), to no avail. I've tried them using VIA's 4.25A, 4.26 and 4.28 drivers. Nothing helps. I've heard of some problem with video card drivers and ACPI. On Elsa's website, they don't recommend that you enable ACPI because of incompatabilities. Anyone have a solution?
