My boss asked me to attempt this, but I can't figure it out:

She has a form letter in which she wants to be able to tab between fields and type information such as First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, ZIP, Social Security # etc. She also has lines on the letter which have choices, and she'd like to be able to choose one by both clicking on it with the mouse (and automatically inserting an X), or by tabbing to it and manually entering an X.

I've looked at mail merge but it looks like you need pre-existing data instead of actually typing fresh data into the fields... Any Help???? (Please)

Don't you have that funny lttle fella that flies out and has all the answers?:)

Use text boxes for the fields she wants to tab and type text, don't understand what you mean by the rest.

You can do it using Forms in Word. You won't be able to do it with a mail merge. Give me a PM.
