Any mp3 programs that will take a folder with unamed tracks and run a cddb check on them ?

Got a few cd's ripped that are not named or inncorectly

All the tracks on the album there but, some might not be in order


Anything like real CD's and winamp/wmp that runs a cddb check and will
id3 tag them ?


 

You can't do CDDB queries because they rely on the physical offsets of the tracks on the physical CD-ROM.

MusicBrainz.org has some interesting stuff, I havn't used it but its pretty much billed as exactly what you're looking for.
