I can't think of anything similar off the top of my head. However, if you liked Chasing Amy, check out Kevin Smith's other movies:

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back

They all take place in the same "View Askewniverse" (View Askew is Kevin Smith's production company) as Chasing Amy, although Chasing Amy is the most "serious" of all of them. They're all very funny though.
