Yes and yes. It's not AGP though; AMD has been PCI-E for a while.

Yes, if you want AGP, you have two options:

1) Invest in a VIA K8M AM2 motherboard.

2) Invest in a Socket 939 motherboard; a dead platform with no new CPUs on the horizon.
 
What the...good find Blain. I didn't even know such cards existed.

Wonder if that affects performance at all?
