First issue fixed
I had 3 options in bios,
1 normal start
2 fast start
3 ultra fast start
So of course I had to try ultra fast, but now it starts loading windows before it checks the keyboard to see I have the delete key pressed.
It's on a new build with a
GIGABYTE B450 AORUS PRO WIFI motherboard.

Any thoughts on the specs, anything I should change?

Reset CMOS with jumper? And DONT set that option. (Read up on options, before you start enabling them, to see what they can do?)

Switch off the PSU disconnect the power cable from the PSU wait 3 minutes.

Replug the PSU, Start the computer and hold down the key that suppose to get in to the BIOS.

This would give one time access to the BIOS and change the to Fast.

You can leave it on Ultra Fast, but you would have to repeat the procedure above every time you want the BIOS or the Boot selection.

I have never overclocked anything before. And am not even sure I have this set up right .
Most of the things is the bios are set to auto but I think the ram may be off.
I bought DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) ram but do not think it's up to speed according to the benchmarks posted
1064.1 MHz (DDR4-2128) - Ratio 3:32
I obviously have a lot to learn before I try overclocking anything
