Any modern games games I could run on this laptop ?

I don't have enough money to build a pc so I'm asking you guys if you know any modern game i could run on the lowest settings with my laptop. Here are my specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6200 @ 2.13GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.1GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Display Memory: 1696 MB
Dedicated Memory: 64 MB(I know it's not enough for most of the modern games, but I still manage to play some on low resolution like 640x480.)
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
