Are there any others?

I am interested in a very upgradable mobo,,, something that will last for at least 2 years.

Or is the 8K7A ok?

There are many others yes indeed, right now I'm looking into the Msi K7T266, it has 3 dim instead of 2 like the Amd760, but the KT266 chip is undergooing changes so I would wait till next month when the new revisions of the motherboard come out. Check out the review at Hothardware.com. They liked it very much. For best prices, look at Newegg.com. The 8K7A is good too.

The epox 8K7a was one of the first boards to officially support the Palo's. I am setting up a Palo system with that board this weekend and I'll let you know how it works out.
