Another Cup Of Coffee =

Old but great.

[Edit]

For those with SoundBlaster Live (or above) cards that support EAX, load up the Surround Mixer, and set the "Pitch -4" option under Special Effects.

OMGWTF, it's Isaac Hayes!! :Q:Q

Haha!!
I have everything they ever did.
Was a huge Genesis fan.. then got into Peter Gabriel and Phil Collings.. and Then got Mike and the Mechanics, then Paul Carrack.

Yeah, I used to like Genesis too, until Phil Collins ("nasty, whining little git" to quote a UK comedian) spoiled things.

Still.

in those living years

wasn't that mike and the mechanics?

either way, appropriate song for fathers day i'd say.

Yes, it was one of their songs.

I have their self-titled album on cassette somewhere. Haven't listened to them in years. Thought they were pretty good back then. Just how many albums did they end up having?

That earlier Peter Gabriel is pretty awesome.

I heard "Mike" of the group died a few years ago....

Mike Rutherford is still alive.

Paul Young (no, the other Paul Young (Aussie, I believe)) died.

I'm a huge Genesis fan and I like them somewhat.

I like the first one, The Living Years, and Beggar on a Beach of Gold. Another Cup of Coffee is a great song.

am i the only person that found it strange that this thread would be posted on Fathers day and the OP didn't mention The Living Years (a song about his FATHER).

Oooh. I need to get some of these tracks. I love "The Living Years" and "All I need is a Miracle".

Same here. I always think about a family member who died of Cancer. A person whom I really never got to say "i love you" to. *kicks self*
