I need some memory that does 460+ in a P4PE. Is anyone having success doing this? I am currently at 440 DDR but would like to jump to the next memory divider which is 465 or so..

Have you looked into the true pc3700 (466mhz ddr) 4.3ns memory of twinmos at www.memoryX.net??? I don't know about compatability issues with your specific mobo but I would think since it is truly 466mhz ddr and not just the best yields of pc3200 stanndard stuff the odds are better of hitting it....

I may get some sticks myself...I can go higher then my pc3000 corsair will currently allow me. I ran all the test at 456mhz ddr but had several errors in memtest so I don't run it...though it never crashed....

my XMS couldnt even go 426ddr 3:4 on a BE7.
(same memory that does 445ddr 3:4 on a P4B533)

i845pe is a wayyyyyy different animal then a i845e or a e7205.

Yes I believe I am limited by the motherboard. I haven't found a stick yet to exceed 443 in this board. Not only that but every stick does 443 @ 2-3-2-5. No variance at all, even though the sticks I've tried are rated different and use different chips... I shouldn't complain, I have a pretty good OC going. :) I'm going to hold off until the new stuff comes out this spring / summer and maybe get a different board.

Is that what is set in BIOS, or actual mem timings? ASUS boards tend to slow the timings down when you raise the FSB to a certain point (much lower than where you are). You can hack it wpcredit. CPUz will read what actual timings are.

BTW, very nice overclock!
