If so, what courseware & books worked for you? I need to get certified, and I don't want to just learn how to take the test, I want to LEARN. If you have something that worked, and don't need it any more, I might be interested in buying it.

Yep. MCSE 4.0 here. Used Cramsession.com and CNE quizers. Also used Transenders, but not too much, I didn't like transenders as much as most people do.
